Voter Registration

Voting registration is open all year, except during the 27 days preceding an election and the day after an election. You may come to the Village Hall to register to vote during regular business hours. You must use either your driver’s license or State I.D. card to show proof of identity. You may also apply to register to vote by mailing in an application. When registering by mail, your form must be postmarked prior to the close of registration. Also, in order to verify your identity, if you registered by mail, you must vote in person and with proper identification. For an online mail-in application, please visit either Cook or Lake county elections websites.
