The Village of Barrington invites residents, businesses and organizations within the Village to sign up for materials to build and decorate a scarecrow for the Annual Scarecrow Decorating Competition!
Participants will receive:
1 Bale of Straw
1 Cornstalk
Twine & Burlap

Materials will arrive at Public Works Facility for PICK-UP

Scarecrow to be displayed in time for the Homecoming Parade! (Saturday, October 3)
