Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is a seven-member, appointed advisory body which makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding zoning variation and special use requests. A variation grants relief from certain zoning requirements in unique situations. In addition, the ZBA also hears appeals regarding decisions of the Zoning Official.

ZBA meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month (as needed) at 6:30 pm in the Village Board Room.
