REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Phase 3 construction engineering services, us route 14 grade separation at cn railway
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Barrington (the “Village”) will receive Statements of Qualifications at the Village Hall, 200 S. Hough, Barrington, IL 60010 until September 6, 2023 at 4:00 pm (CST) for Phase III Construction Engineering Services for the US Route 14 Grade Separation at CN Railway Improvement.
These engineering services are funded through the federal Surface Transportation Program (STP); therefore, all work must be done in accordance with STP guidelines. The Village of Barrington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications in accordance with the Village’s policy for Qualifications Based Selection from all firms desiring to be considered for this project.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
SNOW REMOVAL AND ICE CONTROL SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Barrington (the “Village”) will receive sealed proposals marked “Commuter Lot/ Train Station, Barrington Village Center, and Chippendale Subdivision Snow Removal and Ice Control” at the Barrington Public Works Department, 300 N. Raymond, Barrington, IL 60010 until September 1, 2023 at 10:00 am. All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at Barrington Village Hall, 200 S. Hough Street on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM local time.
All Contract Documents are on file at the Barrington Public Works Department, 300 North Raymond Avenue, Barrington, Illinois and are available by contacting 847-381-7903. Should the Contractor want to evaluate/visit the site and/or have questions relative to the Proposal Documents, there will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Thursday August 17th, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Barrington Village Hall, 200 S. Hough Street, Barrington Illinois.

Addendum #2 to the RFQ is available here, which answers questions raised at the mandatory pre-mid meeting held Thursday, August 17th. CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT STREETSCAPE & PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Barrington (the “Village”) will receive Statements of Qualifications at the Barrington Public Works Department, 300 N. Raymond, Barrington, IL 60010 until July 21, 2023 at 10:00 am for Phase I and II Engineering Services for the Village of Barrington Central Business District Streetscape and Pedestrian Improvement Project.
Project funding may include multiple funding sources and large portions of the work will be on Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) rights of way, therefore, all work will be done in accordance with IDOT guidelines. The Village of Barrington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications in accordance with the Village’s policy for Qualifications Based Selection from all
firms desiring to be considered for this project.
